SHIPPING POLICY

We make all of our products in small batches and with great attention to detail.  That being said, we will do our best to ship your order within 3-5 business days. Once the package leaves our shop, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs. You will need to file a claim with USPS for any package that has not been delivered after 7 business days or has been damaged, and they will reimburse you for the cost of the items. In the meantime, you are free to place another order with us and we will ship it out to you. Again, we are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages and will not refund you for loss or damage. USPS will reimburse you after filing a claim. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our small business!

LOCAL PICKUP

If you would like to do local pickup in Salina or Lindsborg, Kansas, use the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout and email us at herbalinheritance@gmail.com to set up a pickup time and location! 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our hand-crafted skin care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.  We want you to love our products, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns- but we cannot guarantee that a return or exchange will apply.  Thank you for understanding!
